The Directors of ICG Advisory has a wealth of experiencing in developing Residences.
Currently ICG newest development is Taman Berkat Makmur Muar consisting of 29 units of Mix housing of Semi Detached and Bungalow.

Ir. Teo Boon Keng is a registered professional civil and structural engineer. He possesses more than 45 years of expertise within the development sector. He possesses expertise in the Liaison with government authorities, implementation, and completion of major development projects.Ir. Teo had formerly worked in Jurutera Kanan di JKR (Kementerian Kerja Raya. He held the position as Chief Consultant at Johor Land Berhad.
Ir.Teo had sat on the Board of Director at Plenitude Bhd, and several other companies.

Datuk Nasir Ali is a notable corporate executive who serves on the Boards of multiple Public Listed Property and Financial Companies.
He serves on the Board of Damansara, Plenitude Bhd, and is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee on MIDF.
